Jed Harris is driven by one mission: to bring the best of the industry together. With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, he has seen firsthand what works—and what doesn’t – on civil projects.

Originally from Essex, UK, Jed started in the civil industry at just 16. Drawn to the opportunities in Western Australia, he built his career from the ground up, working alongside both the best and worst in the field. Through these experiences, he saw a clear need for greater accountability, higher standards, and a workforce built on skill, integrity, and professionalism.

That vision led to Mulroy. Jed is passionate about creating real job opportunities for hardworking people, giving them a pathway to success, just as he had. He knows that great people are the backbone of every civil project, and he’s committed to delivering a higher standard—in labour hire, project execution, and industry culture.
