20 Years On The Ground

The Mulroy Story

Jed Harris, Mulroy's Founder and Director, started out in civil construction at 16, working as a labourer in the UK before moving up to running drainage crews by the age of 20. When he moved to Western Australia, he started again from the ground up, working across subdivisions, road projects and freeways, doing everything from laying pipe and blocks to pulling cables, supervising crews and operating machinery.

Through these experiences, he saw a clear need for greater accountability, higher standards, and a workforce built on skill, integrity, and professionalism. That's nearly 20 years of real, on-the-ground civil experience, and it's the foundation everything at Mulroy is built on.

Jed is passionate about creating real job opportunities for hardworking people, giving them a pathway to success, just as he had. He knows that great people are the backbone of every civil project, and he’s committed to delivering a higher standard in labour hire, project execution, and industry culture.
